Any saddle supplied by Antonia Wills Saddles must be paid for in full on the day of the fitting. If I need to order a saddle in for you, or you are having a made to measure saddle, I will need a deposit of 50% before placing the order, with the balance to be paid upon delivery.
I hope you will be pleased with the saddle you have purchased from me. However, if you change your mind, want to look again at other saddle options, or wish to return the saddle for any reason please notify me within 14 days. I will give you a full refund, or exchange, unless the saddle shows signs of use which will affect its sale value, when an amount commensurate with its devaluation will be deducted.
Please note that I will not refund travel costs or fitting fees. If these costs/fees were waived when you purchased the saddle, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to return any other items or accessories purchased from me I can offer a full refund or exchange if they have not been used and are preferably in their original packaging with labels attached.
All refunds will be via the payment method originally used wherever possible. However, if the original payment was cash or card, I reserve the right to use bank transfer if geography dictates.
If the saddle or items are found to be faulty, I will bear the cost of returning them to me. Saddles may need to be sent to the manufacturer for their inspection and/or repair. If necessary, I will offer an exchange or refund, but please allow a reasonable amount of time for goods to be inspected.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013, you as a UK customer have a legal right to cancel the contract between yourself and myself, Antonia Wills, within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, unless the product is a custom or bespoke order. The Cancellation period will end after 14 days starting the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the product to you) takes physical possession of the product you ordered.
To exercise the Right To Cancel, you must inform me of your decision to cancel your contract with me by making a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may download the Cancellation pdf file and return the form ONLY IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
Please note that a deduction can be made from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling or using the goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible or for refund.
Travel Costs and Fitting Fees are non-refundable. If these costs/fees were waived when the items were purchased, they will be deducted from the refund.
